Waxing

For a boat hull that has no oxidation or has just been compounded and/or polish, this is the next recommended step. A marine grade liquid wax is applied onto the surface of the gel-coat at a high RPM using a rotary machine. The completion of this process reveals the true colour of the boat with an extra shine and protective layer to prevent near-future oxidation.

How Often Should I Wax?

Depending on the condition and colour of the gel-coat, it is recommended to wax twice a year and polish once a year.
